Our Implementation Approach

USS, a RIANA Group subsidiary, deployed a comprehensive integrated smart building solution across Kunduchi Mall through systematic seven-phase implementation methodology. The project commenced with detailed site survey assessing the mixed-use facility’s unique requirements spanning retail, residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces. Extensive client engagement sessions with Kunduchi Mall management, tenant representatives, and operational staff clarified technical requirements, integration needs, and operational workflows. The back-office design and analysis phase mapped system architecture, network topology, equipment specifications, and integration points across eight distinct technology platforms. Following design and product review and approval with the client team, USS initiated project execution deploying Panasonic surveillance cameras, Hub Parking systems, Suprema access control, D-Link networking infrastructure, TOA public address equipment, people counting technology, and comprehensive fiber optic cabling.
